If you are retired and have only Medicare this is not the place to go. Charged me $30,000 + and never even went over any reports or told me what was wrong. Only a money maker.

About 15 years ago my opinion of this facility was extremely poor. After several visits over the past fw years my opinion has shifted from poor to good, and now to rave. I've had a few ER visits in the past few years, and this past weekend made a visit with ended up in a diagnosis of gall bladder infection. After a removal laparoscopy that same day, and a short recover period of a few days, my opinion has shifted to "rave". "I don't understand why they couldn't see to help him there. They automatically assume everyone's there to get drugs. He was at ewood hospital for hours screaming in pain and they discharged him like that"...this is a comment from my daughter about a friend who....without their intervention would have died lastnight if they didn't pull him out of that ER who just kept treating him like he was on drugs. Thursday the ER crew once again showed their combination of speed and efficiency with unmatched personal care and comfort. My girls had a horrible car accident and I requested EMS transport to the Englewood ER where they sprang into action searching for brain or neck injuries immediately. By the time I arrived I was greated with good news, and thankfully no serious injuries. Thanks for always giving the most compassionate care despite the most stressful of circumstances. You folks are heroes every day!
Spent all day in ICU with my father in law, the nurses are 5 star +. Professional, caring, focused, hardworking, and driven. Thanks for everything.
