Just spent 4 1/2 hours in the Emergency Room waiting room. My husband never got in and they couldn't tell us how long we would still have to wait. We watched several people get fed up and they left. I how no one dies because of this pathetic ER.

I would like to thank the nursing staff who helped my Dad make the transition to his next life as painless and comfortable as possible. The nurses in the ER were awesome. Kathy, Becky and Nadia were caring and professional and made sure my wife and I were comfortable every step of the way. The nurses on the floor, Dawn and Cassidy were just as caring and professional. I hope I have your names right and I’m sorry if I left anyone out. We needed angels last night and you were there. Thank you.
thank you to the ER .. I needed new tubing for my 2 year old daughters neb ..due to this virus everything was closed. I didnt know what to do other than call and hope they didnt say bring her in (terrified because of the covid virus) they immediately said I'll have it waiting for you at the ER no questions asked. thank you so much . daddy sat with her in a hot shower while I flew to get it

My husband and i went to ER last Tuesday and also Today(sadly) and we received excellent service all throughout❤️❤️😭 This hospital is above average❤️
I hope no one has to go to the hospital, but Englewood Community Hospital is above average and has an excellent ER. The personal level of care is excellent
