I had a heart attack Saturday night and it’s because of the fast actions of ER staff that my life was saved!! How do I even begin to say thank you for that? There are no words to express my gratitude!!!
The worst experience in my life, I have been in several hospitals, but this one by far earned the worst experience ever. You literally need to be dying. 5 hours and my son is not even close to be called. Extremely disappointed, mad and no more appropriate words to describe this horrible experience with the worst customer service ever. If they can deals with 20 patients they should close.
We are from Pennsylvania, and were in Florida visiting friends the week of Feb. 4th. I wound up going to the hospital on Feb. 9 with chest pains & claminess. The friends we were staying with have had their share of heart issues, so they felt I should be seen. From the time we hit the red button in the waiting room, until the next day when I was released, we did not meet one person who did not make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. 4:30pm to 9:30pm wait in ER. TV monitor says average wait time is 17-22 minutes. Diabetic condition.
Huge shoutout to Jane the nurse in the ER. She was so so so amazing last night with my mom and being so great with all of us worry warts who were there with her. I wish every nurse was as awesome as Jane. �� you Jane!
I was most impressed. ...it was almost fake, how nice everyone was . From the nurses. .Shelley, Sherry, Dawn. Hope I don't leave any out. .but I had a heart attack 4 God's sake. ...anyway. .right down to the people that change the trash can liners. Everyone. ..said. "have a great day. .or night. ." Arrived at the hospital 2 weeks ago Thursday with a cardiac problem at about 11:00 PM. I was stabilized by 2:45, admitted and stayed until Sunday. I was worried about being in a small hospital, I can now say I am not worried anymore, I received the best care from the best people that I could have hoped for. The nurses were great and treated me like family. My new Dr Pressman is fantastic. Do not hesitate to utilize this gem is our area.
