Energy fitness is so much more comfortable, everyone is friendly and willing to help staff and members! Showers are nice and hot! Many different machines to choose from! Love that I can work out and not have to worry about judgement. Only con is I wish they were open in the evenings on the weekend!
I enjoyed going to Energy Fitness it has helped me get fit and strong for the Special Olympics World Games in Austria Cheyanne is a wonderful trainer for me she knows what she is doing because My new coach Mike White texts my trainer once in a while I enjoy the cookies and the bars I can't wait for the smoothies
This is a place where you feel comfortable working out regardless of your current physical abilities. Everyone is friendly, helpful and respectful. I can't say enough about Energy Fitness. Except..cone join us.
