Love coming to this gym when I'm in town. Really friendly and helpful staff, lots of space to move around (even when it's busy), beautiful building, and always clean! I love having a smoothie post-workout and it's really nice to be able to use the studio space when it is available.
Energy has it all. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, new equipment and everything is so incredibly clean. I couldn’t imagine going any where else.
This gym is the whole package. The staff is friendly, the rooms are beautiful, the whole space is filled with positivity, and they have anything you could ever need!
This is the only gym I have ever felt comfortable at. I love how the gym is set up and the atmosphere is amazing. Brett and Dina have done such an amazing job on the new gym and it is one of the best places to workout. The staff goes above and beyond to help you reach your health goals and Fule at Energy has some of the best hand made pre and post workout shakes.
