Incredible place, started my lifting journey here and with the help of trainer Brett Cateno who still currently helps me, i am where i am now due largely to him, great family atmosphere and knowledgeable staff.

They assist with the machines and show you how to operate them. This gym is very clean. The staff makes you feel welcome...they even great you by name.
Great gym. Turf field, PL sled, fixed e-bar and straight bar racks, lifting platform, squat racks, star track cable machines, good cardio equipment too like a Jacobs ladder, recumbent bike’s and two stair masters.
