OK seriously I could not have ever in a million years fixed the printer and display issues without Ray's help. I would have been printerless and stuck with ONE display. He had other stuff going on but always came back to me and kept trying. It paid off and I can't even begin to convey how much of a help it was!!!! AND---he had to put up with me the whole time, being clueless and snarky. Yet he stayed patient and undaunted. The guy should get hazard pay for that right there. A million thanks!!!
