George is so damn cool.
Oliver did a great job of fixing the issue .... much appreciated. Although as I articulated to Oliver yesterday, it would have been nice if John had asked a few question upon completion of the printer installation (who prints to this printer? and then test from the various desktops. Unfortunately he disappeared before asking any questions and running any tests ..... a bit frustrating from my standpoint. Thanks again Oliver
