Oliver was great..he was able to confirm our wireless was down and walked me through all the steps to reboot it...now I know how to do this going forward and won't be so apprehensive about doing it on my own... also Oliver is always so patient and professional it is wonderful working with him!!
Working with Roy was absolutely wonderful. Having work on your computer can sometimes be painfully boring because not all the times will a technician keep you engaged with whats going on as well as just idle chat. Even though I know it isn't part of their jobs to keep us entertain, it would make the time pleasant. Well I had no problem whatsoever with Roy!!!!
