Roy was tenacious about finding a solution to my problem. He went above and beyond. Though not a perfect fix, the solution is MUCH better than where things were prior to Roy's work.

Oliver was very helpful and patient with getting Remote Desktop set up on my personal laptop so I could do at least some work while my work computer was being replaced. Jyan also helped with resolving slow connection issues. I have never had a poor experience with any of the team; they are unfailing patient, polite and kind when dealing with stressed-out clients.
