I was originally contacted by John within a short period of time. I worked with Russel when I arrived at the dealership and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. I haven’t purchased anything from them at this time, however I would have no reservations about purchasing a vehicle from them in the future

Chris was a very nice a accommodating salesman. Encore's facility is an old dealership building but is in excellent condition and very clean. The cars they deal in are very high end and appear to be in very good to excellent condition. Encore offers a warranty with the cars they sell through a company called GWC Warranty. Not having any personal experience with this company, I cannot say anything good or bad about it, but i would suggest researching various warranty companies before purchasing.
