I own a 2008 BMW. I have used Encore for service on several occasions. The service department is courteous and efficient, and I can usually wait for my service. Highly recommended!!
Wasted my time and gas money for their mistake. I sent them an email detailing a trade that I had. A 2011 Ford F350 XLT crew cab ... etc. They texted and asked for the VIN and some photos which I supplied. They told me it would be a trade in of about $15,000. I said I needed a little more than that and was told to drive down there and if the truck was clean they could probably do a little more.
