Had a great experience with Encore Automotive in Sarasota, FL last week. Sadly, I was back in town to sell Mom’s 2007 Lexus 350ES, after moving her into assisted living earlier this year. Everyone at Encore was friendly and helpful. I felt that I was dealt with honestly and fairly and that we made a win-win deal. If you want to sell (or buy) and luxury, pre-owned vehicle, I could not recommend them more highly.
