I have worked with Mark at Encore Motorcars on a multiple transactions and not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but Mark is customer service personified. I was originally contacted by John within a short period of time. I worked with Russel when I arrived at the dealership and he couldn’t have been more accommodating. I haven’t purchased anything from them at this time, however I would have no reservations about purchasing a vehicle from them in the future
My experience at Encore Motorcars was positive from start to finish. John was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, but was never “pushy”. When I picked up my car it was beautifully clean and ready to go. The paperwork processing was fast and efficient and I was on my way. Haven’t had any issues yet, but will definitely be back to use the Service department at Encore if the need arises. Would definitely recommend Encore to anyone.
This is the fifth vehicle I bought from encore and as usual it was a very good experience. I think my sales people and George for the good deal and the great car. It worked well for what I needed it to do. Still working well in fact. I highly recommend encore motorcars of Sarasota.
