I have had all the vehicles I have purchased from Encore serviced there. They are always courteous and the worked is completed in a timely manner. The vehicle is clean when returned to me.
My contact there was pretty responsive but when the quote came back and I responded with a question/concern- i never received a follow-up response. Fairly disappointing.
