Sales person was friendly and did not use pressure tactics or misrepresent the truck to move a sale. I had plenty of time to evaluate the truck and to test drive it over a variety of road and traffic conditions. Summary: Nice truck, not a Ford product, but well presented, good sales person, Truck was too large and not within my price range, KBB not withstanding. Regarding recommendations, not enough experience with this dealer.
The Dealership is nothing but professionals. Eric is a great guy and sells good reliable vehicles at a affordable price.
Dealer Rep. was responsive and professional. The vehicle was a bit over priced but I get it.

This 1 star rating is based on my interaction with the dealership, not the quality of their vehicle I've no idea how the actual car buying experience is, but I personally did not have a good time during my interactions with this dealership. I live two hours from the dealership and told them I would be there in an hour or two with a debit card ready to process the entire translation for the purchase of a vehicle. Waited 20 minutes for help then left. Looked at the truck that I was interested in but the tires were very worn so I skipped waiting to drive it. They have called me about 10 to 15 times to come back in.?
Called back promptly.
