Claude was my salesman. He was great. The dealership made it almost impossible to complete what should have been a very simple process. Pick a vehicle, pay with wire transfer or cashiers check. They didn’t want ever payment, but forced me to finance to be able to assure the vehicle I wanted was still there when I was able to get there. They were fine, price was not what I was willing to spend
Was very interested in a Toyota Avalon they advertised. After contacting the lead manager and told him that, he promised a follow-up call that never happened.
Stayed in contact by following up on a daily basis
None stop calling and texting even after we asked them to stop and we were not interested. Calling 3 to 4 times a day plus 2 txt. Will not contact them again for a truck.

Would not sell for advertised price. Wanted a trade in to get advertised price. It Was a cash deal no trade and didn’t want to deal.

Terrible communication and BAD Business. Salesman told me to check kbb value for my trade in which was $55,000 then proceeded to offer $33,000 based on wholesale auction value.
Had a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.
