Horrible experience. A deal was negotiated via text. I drove 5 hours to pick up the vehicle and they would not honor the deal. Not only would they not honor the deal but the Supervisor had the audacity to tell me that I might be looking at the wrong car! No! I definitely was looking at the right car just the wrong dealership. Take your money and your trade in else where!

Soon after my initial inquiry, Kevin Sale contacted me. After clarifying a few details and sending him a copy of my build sheet from ford.com, he ordered the vehicle. Now, we wait and hope for a smooth January delivery. Of the few other dealers, to whom I sent inquiries, Kevin was the only one who responded quickly and communicated in a clear and concise manner.
