ENCINITAS FORD treated me with professionalism and integrity. The people were very nice and Sam the salesman I purchased the car from was great! He personslly delivered the car (almost 100 miles!)
There very good about contacting me back and following up. There’re very professional and great to work with. Great customer service and very knowledgeable willing to work with myself to get the best deal possible.
I received a call the next morning about the car and let them know I would be down that afternoon. We purchased the car for the price we wanted. The next day in the afternoon the car wouldn’t start it still had the original battery in it. We called the dealer to inform them that the battery was dead and we were going to call AAA for a new battery. The dealer promised to pay for the new battery but I’ve haven’t been back to pick up the check. 6-8-19
The dealer experience was good. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the car.
