Worth the visit. They have hiking areas for even 8-month pregnant women! :)
Very enjoyable trip, although it did not end up as planned. I am in town st my daughter and son in laws recovering from Cancer treatments and had issues 3/4's of the wsy tonthe top had to be helped bsck down by friendly hikers who called 911. The staff that came iut were very friendly and helpful. Brought me by "mule" to the ambulance where they determined my blood pressure was extremely low and I was dehydrated and had to take a trip to the hospital. I was there years ago. Unable to climb to the summit. Enjoyed the surrounding area.
I proposed to my wife here and we just celebrated our 11th anniversary this past January. Enchanted Rock will always hold a special place in our hearts!
