Apartments and maintenance are nice. However the business is using COVID as an excuse to take our money for amenities and not allow us to use them except for short pool hours. The county has opened gyms and pools yet we aren’t allowed to all the while the full amenities fee has been charged throughout the pandemic. Also, the main pool has been closed for 2 separate days within the past month for “maintenance” and is still extremely dirty and not nice to be in. I am staying here now while our home is being built.., love the staff, they are so professional! The pool is heavenly! Views around the complex are beautiful!
Totally in love with this place! Wonderful amenities, beautiful grounds that are well kept, fantastic people that work here and they are pet friendly too! This is a great place to live
My family stayed here in a furnished apartment while our house was being built. I cannot say enough about the staff and complex! They were fabulous!!!! The staff always took the time to say hi and they addressed every question we had. The pools are AMAZING as well!!! We spent many hours there with our children. The other tenants we met while there were just as friendly and kind. Big thanks to everyone at Encantada Dove Mountain!!!!
