Buyer and renter beware! The property was a mess when I moved in, I spent close to $1,000 getting it to a livable state. Unfortunately when I saw the property the owners furniture and picture frames were there, what I saw on move-in/walkthrough day was shocking. A pool with a cratered and stained floor/finish from end to end. A stove that didn't work properly and a refrigerator that had shelving held together by tape!
