We were greatly pleased with Dominic (installer). He was very personable and did excellent installation. The fact that it took six months to get four windows installed was a little rough. The fact that the first install group came out and did nothing except cuss and refuse to put in windows that did not fit. Today the last screen came in was installed. We would most assuredly recommend Empire Windows to anyone. This is our second time of having windows installed by them.

Horrible customer service on every level. Representative did not complete our order properly which admitted to charge us additional for his mistake. Company never presented agreement/ job description to a customer, but workers had job description list, so customer doesn’t know what to expect from workers. According to a representative our order had to be completed within 12-16 weeks it took more that that. No apology for inconvenience but extra money. Stay away from this company

I love my new doors! A friend referred me after she had her french doors installed. They are gorgeous, so I gave empire a call. This is during the pandemic. The sales rep was professional and easy to work with. I knew what I wanted but then I decided to put in a matching front door because I felt I could trust them and they gave me a reasonable price. I read some of the reviews for siding and windows and must say my experience with Empire has been nothing but positive-from the initial sales meeting to final install. I was asked if there would be a significant other attending sales pitch meeting and I politely indicated I'm a single mom and will make the final decision myself. Yet, I understood the reason behind the inquiry and had no problems with it. Ordered vinyl siding from Empire. They told me up front it would take 12 weeks, and it did. Once the installers showed up, however, the job was completed in 5 days. Looks really nice and I've had several compliments already! Thanks!!

I purchased a patio door from Empire Window and was extremely pleased with the whole experience. The details of the doors and installation process were clearly explained to me.
