I purchased new vinyl siding from Empire Window in 2020. The following year(2021) some upper panels came loose on the backside of my house. Called in for service and they came out and pushed them back in. Well it happend at least 2 more times the next year AND it has been happening every year since 2020! This year, 2026 I had to go out in the winter snow on a ladder and try to tap them back in. I now have them popping on 3 sides and the side of my garage!! Mark Himmel at Empire was terrific from day one. Once the actual project started, DJ handled everything perfectly. Their customer service was impeccable. The finished product was better than I ever dreamed it would be. I would highly recommend them for any project.
