Buyers please be Aware! Windows are not for all seasons in Ohio! During winter season windows Are Not energy efficient! Windows are very drafty and airy. Highly dissatisfied customer!! Be Prepared!

Great company to work with. I’ve now bought siding and windows from them and the work the crews do and the crews themselves couldn’t have been better. Very honest and transparent in their sales never felt pressured to buy something.

GB My new windows were installed today and I'm very satified the sellman Scott wer very helpful and was not pushy to sell the windows he explain the windows to me how they work and the installers did a excellent job installion and cleaning up Thanks everyone 8/14/23

We got a quote from a competitor and was ~3000 more then Empire, went with Empire and appreciated their honest approach with pricing / competition. Was worried about installation being a headache but guys were real nice even though my whole family was there! In and out with no mess, soo happy with new window, work great and look great! Thanks!

The sale rep Jessie was absolutely wonderful ! ,very informative and considerate of our needs in regards to replacement windows. He is genuine and easy to work with. I also can't say enough about the Installers they were very timely and did an absolutely wonderful job! Cleaned up afterwards. And last but not least the main attraction the windows make our home look fantastic!!! Can't wait until the cold weather to see what a difference they make in the energy efficiency. I highly recommend Empire Windows
