I have a rental property in Eugene, Oregon and i live in Vancouver, WA. Been with Empire property management for awhile and so far so good. It has been a smooth flow and at ease where i dont need to be involve with my investment property.
This company has been great so far! Been living here for about 2.5 months and Ed has been super responsive if I needed anything. I got locked out and he was able to come help me out within the hour. Maintenance requests have been handled within 24hrs. Very happy with this company! Thanks :)
I have known the owners for several years now, and their attention to their property's that they take care of is fantastic. Also for those on the rental side, it's always a hard job to find the right renter to match the property, but Empire always seems to connect and keep the renters that keep the property like they were the owners. I recommend Empire all the time to new people I know coming here that I meet.

These people are amazing at taking care of their customers! As a rental property owner I value great service in my management communities. Tim with Empire is very good at making me feel as if I were his only client because he takes the time to hear my needs and never tries to rush me. He is also great at carrying out all the tasks necessary to be a fantastic property manager. He is all about the customer being first and priority and that is hard to find these days!
I have had the pleasure of meeting with Tim on multiple occasions. He is kind and passionate about quality and customer service. I was so pleased with his level of professionalism and knowledge of property management. When I am ready to rent my property, I would not trust anyone else.
