I know Ed at Empire Property Management personally and have also taken his classes under the ROA (Rental Owners Association) on tenant screening. He has a wealth of knowledge and is extremely professional and has helped me immensely with becoming a better property manager. James verbally told me he was going to get back to me about a rental that I have personally agree to rent from the owner himself. They sent me a link 10 days ago to apply, but still no word on rent or if they were allowing pets. This was the information we were waiting on before we spent $40 of our HARD earned money on applying. Since we did not apply, due to STILL waiting on them to TELL us the RENT cost and pet info...they rented it out from under us. We technically did not apply, so it must our fault for not doing so. Outstanding job by the Empire Team in managing our rental recently. I was impressed with how thorough they were in documenting our property and screening potential tenants. I also appreciated how closely they watched the property after it had been rented. There were some minor repairs over the course of the lease that were immediately brought to our attention and promptly repaired. The staff at Empire is knowledgeable and friendly. They are expedient in handling property maintenance issues and use quality contractors when it is outside of their in-house maintenance team's scope of work. I know I can refer my friends and family to Empire Property Management without hesitation.
Empire had been managing our property on the west coast for the last year and a half. From the very beginning they were professional and efficient. They selected great tenants for us.
