Talk about price gouging their current listing was at 1750 a month ago with another property manager group it was only 1500. They advertise this home as a three bedroom yet legally in order to claim a home has a third bedroom you have to have a closet so 1650 in Eugene for a home with two bedrooms and one bathroom really?? The owners of 1267 12th Pl. are horrid people to demand such a price in rent for a home that they only paid 100,000 for more than 10 years ago. Empire is a great property management service. I'm a tenant and they run a tight ship. Everything is in good order, lawns are nice, clean and tidy, well maintained. During the last winter storm, a couple of shingles had come off the roof. They had a guy out the next day replacing them. I highly recommend them.

5 Stars all the way! This is a great company and all thier people are down to earth and great to work with. The receptionist is super kind and plesent to talk to and our leasing agent Laurie is wonderful and quick to respond to our needs and requests. Heck even their property maintenance staff are awesome. I highly recommend using them to manage your property or to help you find your next rental!

Ed and his team at Empire have been great to work with over the last few months – responsive and knowledgeable.
