My family and I have been renting from Empire Property Management for awhile now. And we really like renting from them. They always get back to us quickly when we have questions or concerns. They treat us well! We encourage everyone that's looking to rent a place apply with Empire!
Very disappointed on how we have been treated by this office. We have wrote letters, filled out the applications, provided extra paperwork on our support animal, and have made all contact with the office. We have not gotten any responses from phone calls or return emails.
We have been tenants for several years now, Empire goes out of their way to take care of the very few issues we have had with the rental. The landscaping is beautifully maintained and we have wonderful neighbors, best rental I've been in hands down! I strongly recommend! �
