My name was spelt incorrectly on my covid test by the collector and i needed it for my travel the next day. I wouldn't have time to re-do another test as I'm currently at work and couldn't go outside until I got off. I called the number provided on the text that was sent to my phone and I got Haider and he immediately assisted me with getting my name corrected and I got my test results in less than 5mins of speaking to him.
