Only just started working with them as they were appointed but the selling agent who didn’t brief them properly at first. Fees seem about normal , around £1,000 for one of five buyers of a piece of unused land. Possible same fee for each but not sure. Still waiting for a reply for a question from 11/09 . Will update my review once the job is done.
Used Emin Read for conveyancing to buy a house and Carole was absolutely brilliant so helpful and patient and when I needed advice as it was my first house she was understanding of this. She was good at chasing other parties in the sale. Also all of this was at a very fair price. Highly recommend
Emma and the team were superb in their professionalism handling my mother’s conveyancing. Every solicitor I’ve encountered previously for moving have been awful but the Battle Emin Read team were fantastic with prompt and clear communications, really empathetic, patient and considerate where my mother is elderly and they made the process painless.
