I moved out of state for 1 1/2 years and had to get another doctor being a diabetic. When I moved back I tried to reestablish as new patient. Via pgone OFFICE MANAGER called and said she had canceled my appointment. It took me all day to figure out why. Office manager finally said it was because I'd left the practice, I was rude to other patients waiting (not true) and a bunch of other things that weren't true. Her final words, that Emily nor the doctor (whom I'd never seen) wanted me there and was therefore banned.
I really want to gatekeep this, but Emily is too good. Consistent, kind, principled, and honest. I don’t enjoy going to see a doctor, but Emily made a long litany of doctor visits and testing worth it and so easy.
Emily Monnette listens to me and works with me on options for my situation. This Dr. office runs smooth, they have an app that let's you check in before you arrive, keeping the wait time very short. I went to an afternoon appt and they were on schedule.
