I would give this place zero stars if I could. The nurse or Dr never returns your calls within a reasonable period of time. Sometimes it may take weeks to hear back from a nurse, that’s if they even return your call to begin with. Medication prior authorizations will be delayed for a month or longer. I’ve been without my Vyvanse now going on a month. I’ve reached out tirelessly over the month to no avail. I feel like this place doesn’t care about their patients.
