I see Dr. Kado, who is great! This is where I have my check up's at, any heart work is done at there 9 mile and Southfield hospital. Great, caring staff.
I have chronic health issues and spend a lot of time in the hospital. This time, my health caused me to spend all of Christmas in the ICU and then on the regular floor. The nurses have all been great. I woke up to a Christmas card from the 4th tower nurses. I'm a young single mother and this Christmas was really hard being apart from my 3 children and the nurses kept checking on my emotional health as well as my physical health. minus there not being any coverage at the front desk of the main entrance to the hospital - it was a good experience. My mother's surgery went well and the hospital staff was great. The hospital itself looked clean and well taken care of. It would have been a 5-star rating if I didn't have to wander around to try and find someone to figure out where to go. The sign that says "Left for Lunch - be back shortly" isn't sufficient in a highly trafficked area. There should be someone covering that desk while breaks and lunches are... read more
They are taking good care of my mom. Dr. Tran is an awesome doctor. Very nice and always smiling. The nurses are great.
Worst Hospital ever. So many complaints. The biggest is they do nothing for pain control. Left me sitting for hours while my daughter was being prepped for surgery. Other people in the same area had company back there. The Dr never cane out and talked to me after my daughters surgery, no one did. They never let me see her in recovery. They made her go 4 hours in horrible pain before they did anything. Now again they are an hour late with her pain meds and they keep giving her the run around. Although my last visit didn't go as planned, I have always been treated wonderfully and have nothing bad to say about the hospital it it's staff!
Staff here was great from the ER and my nurses on the 5th floor . The Dr and students well mannered an very helpful with explain what they was doing. Oh last but not lease .the food service on point . I was worried about my car in the parking lot but the security sauteed me I was good . So big thumbs up
