Most of the staff in the ER was fabulous with my father in law but that one rude nurse, makes me say, no we are not coming back. I have already let them know at American House he is not to be taken back there again.

idk what they treated me with when I was in the er but im suffering from severe cns damage now that will potentially end my life.
The doctors are good, and some of the nursing staff were wonderful, but unfortunately some of the post op care, ie nurses were horrible! Lazy too!
Beaumont is a way better hospital with quality staff. Do not recommend this place at all. When I’m trying to ask you (the staff member running the area) a serious question, stop giggling and giving me fake smiles/obnoxious levels of forced cheerfulness. It’s not helpful or appreciated.
went in with back pain ...did no diagnosing got me out the door as fast as they could ... came to Troy Beaumont MRI determine severe nerve damage... we're not done yet Ascension .... there will be repercussions you're not doing your job properly

There is ONE person doing registration for outpatient and emergency!!
