My grandson broke two bones in his forearm last night..the staff at the E.R. we're wonderful with a 12 year old scared little boy. They were helpful and kind explained everything every step of the way. Went the extra mile calming him down A+
This hospital is poorly run you can't get answers from most anybody on the floor in the emergency room they have too many interns one right after the other if this is a true emergency he will die before they treated you it's okay if you have a broken bone that's simple but if you're going in for surgery avoid this Hospital as I sat in the waiting room waiting for my brother to finish no one came down to let me know he was done and the outcome probably same way the same day so that tells me right there very poor service at th... read more
I was in the ER tonight and I just have to say I am so thankful for the great staff that was there tonight. I can honestly admit that I was a colossal pain in the butt due to all the pain I was in and not once were they harsh or angry with me. They were able to effectively find the problem and help the symptoms I was having. I would just like to say I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful care and concern.
When my mother was brought to this hospital, I had a pretty a low opinion of it. Thankfully, I can say my opinion of it is much better now. Dr. Tran, Dr. Smith, her nurse Lisa Turner, and her social worker Amy Wehner could not have been more compassionate, supportive, informative and helpful. Many thanks to all of them for their help and support during a difficult time.
They usually get you in and out pretty quickly and most of the staff are kind and caring.
