First my daughter was in the E.R. not me, but first she was at the one on Hoover I don't like the drs and nurses there, so I went in grabbed her and took her to the one on dequindre, and found out was wrong with her she's fine now. I will be calling Monday and giving them my complaint and I will not be taking her to either one of those hospitals again.
Great hospital very friendly staff. I would recommend St. John's for anything all 3 times I've been there my experience has been excellent
I have multiple sclerosis. I was severely I'll yesterday and was treated like a knuckle dragging, piece of shit. I don't care if I was beaten up, left in the gutter,bleeding from my eyes, I'd NEVER go back!!
I think the people there are awesome n attentive n they don't pass the buck over to someone else...it's the same people unlike Beaumont where u c twenty diff Drs n nurses every single day
Most unprofessional staff I have every met. I had to tell the staff to quiet down so my family member could rest. The equipment is so old is kind of humorous. The dietary person came to take the tray away and left garbage on the stand (food wrappers). If he doesn't go home tomorrow he is getting transferred somewhere else.
