Maintenance is amazing! I absolutely love our maintenance crew here!! Rafael has been absolutely amazing with every request I put in! Today he came right away and replaced our kitchen faucet that was leaking! He spent the time to listen and understand concerns and did the entire replacement that day with a smile on his face and also changed our water filter and makes sure everytime to check everything to make sure it’s working correctly!
