Verified Renter One of the better apartments I have been in. maintenance is friendly. the dog park is usually clean and residents are good at sharing the space. The apartments themselves are spacious. The only downside is that the private beach area isn't cleaned up often enough.

Verified Renter Great community and area. Would highly recommend if you’d like to live somewhere peaceful. The staff here are amazingly efficient and friendly. There is plenty to do around here - lake fishing, dog park, beach swimming and the team here hosts little community events often. Our only downfall would be that our apartment is located in a noisier spot than most. Still would highly recommend.

Verified Renter Arrive beach and lake I have been very disappointed that the arrive lake cannot be used. It is filled with dirty leaves and poop. The poop is in the water and all over the beach. On the very hottest days this summer not one person goes on the beach to play or swim.
