Friendly Staff but they don't Do Their Job – I left my car in storage for 4 months and the battery was completely dead when I went to pick it up. I specifically asked, and it is their policy to disconnect the battery. BUT THEY DIDN'T DO IT! I had my personal belongings in my car and my glass vase was broken when I picked up my car. They charged me for the full months fee's but they guy didn't know how to use the credit card machine to give me a refund! I would not go back to them again.

BEST movers period!!!!!!!!!!! – I called Emerald moving after a reccomendation from my real estate lady. They came highly reffered from 3 of my friends that had used them before. They gave me a time in the morning.Called the day before to make sure I had everything ready.Showed up on time. We had a rather awkward move. A piano had to go up two flights of stairs.
