Bryan Lee has been a huge help to me. His knowledge and attitude is incredible.
My husband and I came in looking at Harleys the other day for the first time. Since then we have been to two other dealers in the area and discovered the other dealers do not come close. The service we received from Bryan Lee in your sales department was far above the service we received anywhere else. He is very knowledgeable and not high pressure. The selection of new and used bikes at emerald city is also far above any other dealer in the state. I definitely recommend Emerald City and furthermore go see Bryan in sales!

I have bought two bikes now from Emerald city. Both times from Bryan Lee. The other day I went to trade in my 2016 Iron for a used street glide and financially the banks said it was impossible. Bryan came back out after the bad news and they somehow made it happen. Now I couldn't be happier with the bike I always wanted. Thanks Bryan! I will be back in a couple years to buy a brand new Street Glide from you no doubt about that
Miss Bonnie is very knowledgeable on all the new and older motorcycles. Very patient with me and my kids, 5 of them, while we talked about the bikes. I am positive I will be buying my next bike from her.
I'd only deal with Bonnie Quintero-Smith at emerald city. She's by far the best, hands down. Looking forward to dealing with her again soon.
