My wife bought her new Softail Deluxe two weeks ago. Everyone here was so helpful in the process. The service and parts departments are both awesome. Having new pipes and stage one done on my Road King. Thank you B for all your help.

Thank you Emerald City Harley-Davidson for leaving us sitting on the freeway. It's bad enough you don't make provisions to help people that are traveling, but to say you will see what you can do and then not call us back. Great job to the service manager for making the call not to help us. We ended up sitting on the freeway for 3 hours. We will be contacting Harley Davidson to let them know the attitude and policy of Emerald City Harley Davidson.

Three of us had our bikes shipped to Emerald City from Chicago, Jim Knight and his team did an excellent job of taking care of us, highly recommend.
Great place to come listem to excellent tunes, hang with ur palz, & get great grub!!!! kid friendly too :) Beer & wine in the roashouse......
