I came in looking for a trike and Bryan Lee spent time explaining all the features of the New 2017s that will be coming in. He was able to answer all the questions that I had. I will be in the next few months to see him again. Great customer service.

I just bought my first brand new 2016 street glide special and I'm like a kid in a candy store. I would say my experience with staff was out of the ballpark. Ty emerald city.
We shipped our sidecar rig to Emerald City Harley-Davidson ahead of our arrival for a summer vacation ride in the Northern cascades.. Terry & Elliott in service were totally awesome, they received,washed, and checked the tire pressure on our bike all free of charge... I wish we had this good of service where we live Indiana.. Thanks Again for all the help..

I just bought a 2016 Street glide from here. Carl was the sweetest! He took all of my teasing in stride.. He was professional I wasn't. Lol!! Bonnie took care of all my paperwork, the whole team was amazing.. They were 1st class all the way.
They squeezed me in for my 1,000 service when I was in town. Bike was washed and waiting for me! Perfect service, this is the way service should be!!
Brainstorm- Special event. We will be playing at Emerald City Harley in Lynnwood this Thursday march 31st from 5:30 to 8:00. There will be BBQ foods and Beer ect. available- so come and have an early party with us, and enjoy some good food and Rock n Roll.....
