Another positive experience at Emerald, dropped off my bike for a recall, Chris and Conner, in service, were happy and in good spirits even though the Hawks were about to play and it was beautiful out. Missed Bryan Lee my sales guy, always nice to chat with even though I won't be buying another bike for awhile, he hasn't forgotten my name, Bryan hope you enjoyed your day off.
I've purchased three bikes from Emerald City Harley and have been extremely satisfied with Jon the salesman. He's helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for one of his Sales Managers who tried to gouge $500 out of me at the last minute (sorry - I cannot remember his name). On July 25th I was sitting at a red light and was rear ended. I had my 2011 Road Glide towed to Emerald City Harley to see how bad the damage was. Chris in Service was great in answering all my questions and made the process easy. Unfortunately for me my Road Glide was Totaled, I went and Talked to Bryan Lee in sales and he was able to hook me up with a 2016 Road Glide Special. Bryan was very helpful and made the whole buying process smooth. If for any reason I do need another motorcycle I will be returning to see Bryan Lee.
I had the new bike bug and did the online inquire thing. Within a short time I was contacted. Several emails & phone calls took place while I was deciding. Their staff was very friend like. I told Them My criteria & They was able to make it happen. Out of My last four dealer transactions, this was the most pleasant.
