Did a deal over the phone with David. It was an out of state deal which was a lot of extra and he went the extra mile to get it done not only for me but my buddy too. It was all done and awaiting pickup the day we got to town.
I live up in Lake Stevens so I used to use Sound HD for service, until I went in to Emerald City. Josh the service manager took good care of me and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.I'll be back for my service needs in the future

We were in Washington from Idaho Falls, Idaho, were not going to get to Emerald Harley until a few minutes after closing and really wanted to get thier chip; we called and the young lady on the phone was polite and said someone would wait for us. When we got there, we were welcomed and another slightly older lady took time to check for 2x tank tops for us and sold us our chips! If we were in town longer we would definitely spend our Idaho money at Emerald City Harley. THANKS FROM TWO IDAHO LADIES!
Upgraded to the very last and now discontinued Harley-Davidson V-Rod 2017 Night Rod Special with the crushed pearl paint job on the entire West Coast. Last September I surprised my husband by taking him in and letting him pick his favorite bike on the floor. It didn't take long before the jealousy set in and I got the opportunity to check off my #1 bucket list item... to own a Harley of my own! Carl was an absolute rockstar. He helped me make some minor modifications, as I'm a tiny lady, and was super respectful during the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Carl for anyone's future purchases. All around knowledgeable great guy!
Staff is great!!! Sometimes I stop by just to say hi to them.
