I have never gotten such great service, these guys are the best, hey infinity and Cadillac dealers, these guys know customer service....
I love going into the location positive moods and a number of times I have be in I swear I could be looking and meandering along and not be asked the same old question of "can I help you find anything or whatnots " a ?# of times , but the moment a question of need actually pops in my head I could almost count to 15-20 and I'm politely asking if I need assistance and when do 😮 I get it and usually way faster than one could imagine. Jumping HIGH5's to all the employees here.
Our experience here at Emerald City Harley was great. David Rose was very helpful and knowledgeable. Brent in financing was very personable and friendly. With both of these gentlemen's help we are now Harley owners.
