Need to give a shout out to Jerred of Emerald City’s Svc Dept for troubleshooting and repairing a nagging electrical issue on my Ultra. All at no charge. On a bike I didn’t buy from them. He had it done in a flash. He was so fast I didn’t have time to look at all the new bikes. Thanks also to Chris,Scott and Travis for their great customer service.

Just traded up to a new 2019 Softail Slim from a Sportster 48. They gave me top trade in value on my old bike and a great deal on my new bike. Super cool, friendly, knowledgeable staff with no pressure. Omar is an awesome guy so see him if your looking for a new bike!
We missed the Santa's and Elves but my kids had fun looking at all the cool motorcycles and enjoyed some snacks and doughnuts. Someday I will get a motorcycle, learn to ride, and hopefully get to ride along side my dad. Thank you Emerald City Harley-Davidson for the great service.
