The Pineapple Jalapeno Cheesecake...beyond amazing...
Tonight was my birthday club's monthly celebration. Tonight we celebrated Linda's birthday at The Embers. Her son, Chad, is the owner/operator/chef at The Embers. He always spoils our group with an appetizer and a couple of desserts when we celebrate there. We all claim him as our own. Sometimes he even tries a new dish on us and asks us to be his critics. Always a pleasant meal here!!
