Very good dinner. We had excellent service and the food was amazing.
This is our favorite place!! I always have the Herb Baked Halibut and Brussels sprouts but sometimes can't resist the deep-fried bake potato. Love the warm pretzel bread and you always get a BIG glass of wine. And of course DARLENE.

Driving to Colorado from Louisiana. Picked Embers cuz of the menu I saw online. Great service from Shelly. Quick seating, service, and food delivery. The buffalo filet, Caesar salad, garlic prawns and creamed spinach were amazing. We will be back!!!

Several people recommended Embers for a fine steak and we went a few weeks ago with friends. I ordered the $40.00 steak anticipating and an excellent meal and was very disappointed. I ordered the steak MR and when it was served, it was cold on the inside and only luke warm on the outside. The vegetables were cool also. I sent the meal back and when it was returned, it was still not hot and had no flavor. Very disappointed in the meal and the response from the staff.
