The core issues stem from both the program structure and staff culture, which together created an environment ultimately counterproductive to our child’s treatment. Came to the site to do a tour of the facility. Met the clinical director for the tour, would have given 5 stars but the front desk area was very messy and had a strange odor. This should be addressed soon since it is the first thing you see as you enter.
